Meddix NEW 2-ply performance mask offers all of the incredible custom design options as our single ply, but with add features to boost the mask’s performance. The 2-ply Performance Masks  have undergone testing pursuant to ASTM standards presently in effect. Meddix’s masks have been tested for bacterial filtration efficiency, differential pressure, sub-micron particulate filtration efficiency, flammability, and resistance to penetration by blood.  Meddix’s masks have passed all current ASTM requirements, with the sole exception of the resistance to penetration by blood requirement.  Accordingly, Meddix’s masks are not to be used in any medical setting or used as a surgical mask, n95 mask, or as a replacement for medical grade personal protection equipment.  Meddix’s masks are intended to supplement, not to replace, recommended measures to stop the community spread of communicable diseases.  Please continue practicing social distancing, washing your hands, and refraining from touching your face.
